Outfielders Drill: Reacting to the Ball off the Bat

Here is a good method for training your outfielders to get a great jump on the ball.

Everyone hits fungoes to their outfielders but is that the best method. There really is no substitute for playing balls live off the bat. But how do you do it in practice?

In the video clip below Coach Gino Di Mare, Associate Head Coach at the University of Miami explains how he incorporates outfielder drills into batting practice.
